All EGAN chassis parts come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. This covers weld failure under normal use, premature rubber deterioration, and shock absorber oil leakage. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.
To file a warranty claim, send photos of the defective part to our after-sales team. Confirmed defects are either replaced in your next order or refunded. We respond to all warranty claims within 48 hours.
